Do you offer a formal warranty on your products?Updated a year ago

Whilst we do not offer a formal warranty, we have a legal obligation to follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and use this as the basis of our ‘warranty’ process.

Should your footwear develop an issue or 'fault' and you purchased it directly from us then we will be happy to take a look at photos initially to see if we can resolve the issue. Please note that we only accept the following image files: JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF/TIF, BMP, HEIC which should be no more than 5MB in size. 

We do take all reports seriously but each one is investigated on its own merit.

We offer a 30-day return policy in which you will be able to try the shoes in the comfort of your own home and to ensure the fitting is suitable for you. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days, we will be able to issue a refund or exchange providing the footwear is returned unworn and in it's original condition.
