What should I do if I think I have received a faulty item?Updated 3 years ago

Please can you kindly send an email to [email protected] and our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.  Please attach some images of the issue along with your order number (#WEBXXXXX) as this will aid our team to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that we only accept the following image files: JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF/TIF, BMP, HEIC which should be no more than 5MB in size.

Please remember, items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or from your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
