Can I cancel or amend my order after I have placed it?Updated 2 years ago

As soon as you place your order on our website, our warehouse team will begin to prepare your order so that you can start wearing your footwear as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, this means that once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel or amend an order.

We offer a 30 day return policy on the Outlet website to allow you to try the footwear on in the comfort of your own home and to ensure the fitting is suitable for you. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days, we will be able to issue a full refund once returned and providing they are returned unworn and in original condition.
