Can I cancel or amend my order after I have placed it?Updated 3 days ago

As soon as you place your order on our website, our warehouse team will begin to prepare your order so that you can start wearing your footwear as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, this means that once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel or amend it.

We offer a 30 day return policy on the Outlet website to allow you to try the footwear on in the comfort of your own home and to ensure the fitting is suitable for you. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days it can be returned for an exchange or refund.  Refunds processed will be less any shipping fee  All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
