Can I exchange my purchase?Updated 22 days ago

If the item you have ordered does not fit you can exchange for either a different size, or an alternative style. All items returned for an exchange must be unworn and in their original condition and packaged in the grey bag which was in the shoe box.  

All exchange requests and orders not sent back within 14 days of the initial request will be cancelled.

If the size you desire is unavailable we would suggest you register for our back in stock notification on the relevant product page and return your original order for a refund. 

Click on the ‘NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE’ and enter your email address to be contacted when they are available to purchase.


Once Limited Edition and discontinued styles / sizes are sold out they will not come back into stock.
