Why does my return request contain a zero monetary value?

We are able to refund directly back to the payment method used to make the purchase, which does include our Gift card transactions.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item(s) is received, you will be notified via an email.  After the returned item(s) has been inspected, you will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request by a separate email. Once approved, please all
