Do I need to return all the items?Updated 2 months ago

No. Please only select the items you wish to return for an exchange in the returns portal. If you wish to keep certain items, including accessories, you can exchange only the items you need to return. Items for less than the free shipping value must be sent independently as we will not be able to provide a returns label.

Conditions of Exchange?

Exchange Portal process 

With your order number (#WEBXXXXXX) and email address available, visit our returns centre:   

Enter your order number and email address and click on ‘Find My Order’. 

Step 1: 

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange.  

Select a predominant reason why you wish to exchange the product (Please enter any other information in the comment section). 

Please upload any images you would like us to review. Please note that we only accept the following image files: JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF/TIF, BMP, HEIC which should be no more than 5MB in size.   

Click on ‘Next’ to proceed. 

Step 2: 

You are now able to select an exchange. 

Choose a new item: 

Please note you can only exchange your item(s) for the same style/colour in a different size. Please select the new size that you require. If the size is not in stock we would suggest you register for our back in stock notification on the relevant product page and return your original order for a refund. 

Click on ‘Next’ to proceed. 

Step3:  

You are now able to select a returns label issued by DHL Express.  

Click on ‘Next’ and review your return.  

Once you have submitted your request and it has been approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions, including a shipping label and customs form. Please note, except from the UK and EU, the Commercial invoice is required with your return shipment and must be attached to the outside of the package along with the Waybill document. Therefore, please ensure you download and print this too. If this is not attached there may be a delay at customs.  

We offer a 30-day return period, once the shipping label has been generated there is 7-day expiry date for the label to be used.
