Do I need to sign for my package?Updated a year ago

We currently use DHL Express for all of our shipping. Any tracking information will be provided at the point of order dispatch.

All of our orders require a signature on receipt of delivery. DHL Express offer a leave with neighbour or safe place service - this is the responsibility of the customer, if authorising this method of delivery. NPS-Shoes will not be held liable for any missing items. Please note: Requests to alter your delivery can incur a delay within the DHL Express network. 

We are unable to accept orders to PO boxes or lockers.
