Can I have my order delivered to a Military mail address (BFPO, APO) ?

What are my delivery options?

If selecting DHL Express as your preferred courier, delivery can only be made at your nominated physical address. If selecting UPS as your preferred courier, the option is now available to have your parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point.  This only

You will not be able to change the collection location so please ensure you are happy before proceeding to the next stage at the checkout.

How will I know when my package has arrived at the UPS Access Point?

You will be notified by the courier, either by Text or Email, once the package arrives at the UPS Access Point.

How long will my package be held at the Access Point for?

The package will be held for 7 days at the selected UPS Access Point.

Can I extend the time the package is held for?

You will not be able to extend the time the package is held at the UPS Access Point.

What happens if I am unable to collect my package?

The package will be returned to NPS/Solovair Ltd and you will be charged a return fee of $15.00.
