How can I exchange my purchase?Updated a month ago
You will firstly require your order number, this must be in the format #WEBXXXXXX and can be found on your original order confirmation email. If you do not have your original email, see the FAQ for an auto-reply email that provides you with this information instantly.
Example Order No.: #WEBUS123456
You must use and have access to the email address from which you placed your original order and include the packing slip in the box when returning the package to prevent processing delays, and package the footwear in the grey bag which was in the shoe box.
When exchanging you can either exchange your existing order for the same style/colour in a different size or an alternative style, once we receive your return, we will process the exchange order for you.
Please note exchange orders will not be dispatched until we have received the original order and a standard return quality check has been completed.
All exchange requests and orders not sent back within 30 days of the initial request will be cancelled.
Items from different orders can not be combined.
