How do I return my order for a refund?Updated 2 days ago
You will firstly require your order number, this must be in the format #OUTXXXXX and can be found on your original order confirmation email. If you do not have your original email, see the below FAQ for an auto-reply email that provides you with this information instantly.
Example Order No.: #OUT123456
You must use and have access to the email address from which you placed your original order.
Please package and return the items in the grey bag which was in the shoe box.
Please note items must be returned unworn and in its original condition.
Return Portal process
With your order number (#OUTXXXXX) and email address available, visit our returns centre:
Enter your order number and email address and click on ‘Find My Order’.
Step 1:
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Select a predominant reason why you wish to return the product (Please enter any other information in the comment section).
Please upload any images you would like us to review. Please note that we only accept the following image files: JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF/TIF, BMP, HEIC which should be no more than 5MB in size.
Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.
Step 2:
You are now able to select a return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for outlet purchases.
Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.
Step 3:
You are now able to select a returns label issued by our chosen courier.
Click on ‘Next’ and review your return.
Once you have submitted your request and it has been approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions, including a shipping label and customs form.
Please note that although we offer a 30 day return period, once the shipping label has been generated there is 7-day expiry date for the label to be used. There is a return shipping charge of £5.00 and this will be deducted from your refund.
Please also note that orders which were not covered by our shipping policy are non-eligible for a returns label. We will still be able to accept the return and would recommend you use a tracked courier service at your cost.
Please include the packing slip in the box to prevent delays in processing the return.
