How do I return my order for a refund?Updated a year ago

You will firstly require your order number, this must be in the format #WEBXXXXXX and can be found on your original order confirmation email. If you do not have your original email, see the below FAQ for an auto- reply email that provides you with this information instantly… 

Example Order No.: #WEBUS123456 

You must use and have access to the email address from which you placed your original order. 

Please note items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Return Portal process 

With your order number (#WEBXXXXXX) and email address available, visit our returns centre:   

Enter your order number and email address and click on ‘Find My Order’. 

Step 1: 

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.  

Select a predominant reason why you wish to return the product (Please enter any other information in the comments section). 

Please upload any images you would like us to review.  

Click on ‘Next’ to proceed. 

Step 2: 

You are now able to select a return 

Click on ‘Next’ to proceed. 

Step3:  

You are now able to select a returns label issued by DHL Express.  

Click on ‘Next’ and review your return.  

Once you have submitted your request and it has been approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions, including a shipping label and customs form. Please note, except from the UK and EU, the Commercial invoice is required with your return shipment and must be attached to the outside of the package along with the Waybill document. Therefore, please ensure you download and print this too. If this is not attached there may be a delay at customs.  

We offer a 30-day return period, and once the shipping label has been generated there is 7-day expiry date for the label to be used.  

Please note, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
