How soon will I get my refund?Updated 7 days ago

Once your returned item(s) is received, you will be notified via an email.  After the refund has been inspected, you will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request by a separate email. Once approved, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to be issued into your original payment method.

Please note that there is a return shipping charge of £5.00 and this will be deducted from your refund.
