How soon will I get my refund?Updated 14 days ago

Once your returned item(s) is received, you will be notified via an email.  After the returned item(s) has been inspected, you will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request by a separate email. Once approved, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to be issued into your original payment method. Please note, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

To prevent any delays in processing the return please include your packing slip in with the return.
