My order is showing as being delivered, but I do not have it.Updated a day ago

If your order status is showing as “delivered” please do look in and around the parameter of the property to ensure it is not in a “safe place”.  Also check with neighbours and any other person(s) at the property to ensure it has not been taken in.   If the package is missing contact our office as soon as possible.  We have a time limit of 7 DAYS to open up an investigation with the courier.  We can not guarantee any replacement or refund if we are not notified of non-receipt after this time.
