When will my item be dispatched?Updated a year ago

All orders are dispatched via DHL Express. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

During busier periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and over public holidays there may be a slight delay. 

Delivery timescales are based on approximations due to third party factors and will require a signature on delivery. If you have ordered multiple items where stock delays are expected, your goods may be delivered in instalments.

We are unable to accept orders to PO boxes or lockers.
